  I am pleased to announce that VE3MPC is back on the air on VHF and UHF in a slaved mode of operation.  Installation was made at the site in Orleans (east Ottawa) today.  The site is approximately at coordinates 45-27.02,   075-33.5  ..  Both UHF and VHF antennas are 4 bay dipole arrays (8 dbd gain in east west direction) up 150' AGL and fed with 7/8 " hardline.   Frequencies, 147.15 + 600 and 444.4000 + 5.  Tx power approximately 15 w on UHF and 30 w on VHF.  Controller:  NHRC-10.    Radios:  VHF- Daniels Electronics MT-3 (made in Victoria, BC) and UHF - Motorola Micor.    No tones required at the moment however, stations are equiped with CTCSS at 100 Hz which can be turned on with flick of switch.  No phone patch or IRLP or Echolink planned for near future implementation.

  Formal report will be submitted to SLVRC now that on-line submission is working.
