[SLVRCLIST] Free Duplexer

Hello

The Emergency Measures Radio Group (EMRG) has a Decibel DB-4048 duplexer 
that we do not require. It is available free, but must be picked up in 
Ottawa, by Feb 24 at the latest.  It is currently set for 165 & 164 MHz. 
This model is built into a metal box 33" high, 20" wide, 14" deep, with 3 
SO-239 connectors in the side of the box.
